I'm sick and goddamn tired about people whining over Christmas. All the stupid ass names they give to it and all the Christian bashing is for the birds. If people honestly hate Christmas so much, why don't they just shut the fuck up and ignore the fact it exists. Do not take a day off from work if you get one, do not do anything religious, do not wish anyone well, do not talk to family members they rarely see, don't exchange gifts, don't do a goddamn thing. Keep to yourself and let the rest of us enjoy it.

Anyhow, my Christmas was good. My uncle is in town from Michigan so everything is peachy. Everyone seems happy with the things they got this year. Got the Wacom Graphire2 I wanted so I've been fiddling with it a bit. It's going to take some time getting used to, but it rocks. The Christmas dinner which is always at like 1 in the afternoon was also good. Mmmm ham. Ham is good.

Aaron, James and I got together for some Xbox fun tonight. Rented the new Mortal Kombat game and Serious Sam. Serious Sam is pretty good and Mortal Kombat was more fun then it should have been. Some of the new features of that game are downright comical...just because they are so horribly bad. But that is the whole point of the fighting and wrestling games. All the stupid shit in them make it fun. We also played NHL 2k3 which I got for Christmas. I love that game. It's so realistic and has alot of neat little things that other games simply don't have. Scrums along the boards, realistic ice physics, and none of the 15-14 high scoring games. Go hockey!

In the last few days I've seen LOTR: Two Towers twice, Gangs of New York, and Startrek: Nemesis. I ended up seeing LOTR again because my uncle is in town and wanted to see it. I ended up seeing LOTR twice last year because of this as well. Maybe next year I'll learn. I thought LOTR was rather entertaining. Smeagol was badass, as were the Ents. But some of the actual acting was not the greatest and certain people had unnatural glows to them. Gangs of New York was an exceptionally good film. Daniel Day Lewis was the shit. Leo I don't like, although he was tolerable. The ending could have been a slight bit better, but not enough to hurt the movie. Nemesis sucked my ass. I just didn't like it.
