Ah yes, another relatively uneventful week has just about passed. James' cigars came that Aaron and I ordered for his birthday so he has been anxious to smoke them. Chances are they'll be smoked at the poolhall.

Redwings are still winning so all is good!

Eh, not really any pictures worth posting from the weekend. That and I'm too damn lazy to upload them and link them. Maybe some other time.

In any event, the weekend was fun...as weekends should be. Friday was interesting. James dragged me to frickin Summerlin to go to this Cigar shop place he still had a gift certificate for. I'm pretty sure he annoyed the hell out of the poor girl who was working there. James was buggin her about every little thing, like how to setup all his stuff at home and such. Further proving James has no idea about smoking or cigars. After that excursion we killed time watching TV before heading over to Aaron's to watch UFC 41 with him and Kiahka. It was ok, except Tank Abbott losing by a really lame toe-hold like a minute in. Old guys should stop trying to come back. I really liked Shamrock and Tank, but man they got fucked up by lameasses.

Saturday was James' birthday. Unfortunately there were a great deal of shitty movies out and a few small independents that no one really had an interest in. Somehow we ended up seeing Poolhall Junkies, whiched seemed the lesser of all evils. It was about as good to be expected. Nothing special, some funny moments, and some painfully bad scenes. The only redeeming quality was Christopher Walken really. Every movie should have a Christopher Walken. Singer joined Aaron, Kiakha, James, and myself for the movie but decided to leave afterwords. Like always, Outback was the chosen spot for dinner, and damn it was good. Afterwords we had planned on playing pool (James and I) but surprisingly we had no interest in doing so. Instead we went back to Aaron's to see if anything was on PPV. Of course there wasn't, so we watched a segment about the Real Doll on an old episode of Real Sex on HBO. Then it was mostly South Park and Man Show until Aaron and Kiakha were falling asleep.

Sunday was relatively uneventful considering nothing was actually done. I however played more Unreal 2, watched the Redwings game, and sorted through a bunch of downloaded music. Detroit, of course, won the game 5-2. About goddamn time we got on track again.

Don't ask me why, but I'm now playing Flogging Molly - The Worst Day Since Yesterday.
