How Michigan and UNLV are BOTH at 3-1 on the season is beyond me. UNLV should never be doing this well and Michigan should never lose...ever. I blame James for the Michigan 27-31 loss to Oregon. He had to go and fucking bet on Michigan to win. There is a fine line of what is acceptable for games....like how I never wear anything maize and blue or Michigan related on Saturday. Rage.

Last night Kriss and I went to hang out with James after burning an afternoon (Cox was down so I got sent home from work early). We went to Quiznos and had some subs before stopping at the Jack in the Box to get some bacon-cheddar wedges (greatest invention known to man). Watched UNLV beat Hawaii, watched Boston Public for James, and then possibly the 2 greatest Southpark episodes...Sexual Harrassment Panda and Lemmiwinks.

Afterwords Kriss and I left and went to get MORE cheddar wedges. It's probably not best to eat so many wedges in one day, but since it was 1 am we technically didn't eat them in the same day. Ended up going to Goldcoast to say hi to her mom and ended up sticking around for a few hours so she could take us to an early early morning breakfast.

Now, after this crushing loss to Oregon, I sit here waiting for James and his should-be girlfriend Amy. Going to go to the movies to see Matchstick Men and probably grab some food.

=(

Odd week for football, both college and NFL. I was thrilled Saturday when UNLV upset #15 Wisconsin 23-5 and even more excited when my Michigan destroyed #14 Notre Dame 38-0. Go Chris Perry. The NFL is fucked up...just no other way to explain it. At least the Cardinals still suck, like the Lions.

Friday I picked up Kriss and we met up with James and Kianoush at Green Valley Ranch to see Once Upon a Time In Mexico. Alot of people are saying its a bad movie because they didn't understand it. Typical, considering the short attention spans and general stupidity most people have. I liked it though. It wasnt supposed to be some Oscar-caliber movie...just something fun to watch. Johnny Depp was once again the highlight of the movie even though he was a bit disturbing at the end (no spoilers).

Ended up renting Spider, starring Ralph Fiennes and Gabriel Byrne. Its one of those movies you really have to pay attention too, therefore I imagine most people wont like it. Very interesting though. No super-secret plot twists or any stupid developments. Just dont go into the movie with some expectation of a grand resolution and you'll be fine.

Had grilled steak goodness too. Mmm. Steak.
